Airbnb does not allow video. Why would I buy this?
Airbnb takes photos only. Vrbo takes video, so if you are listed there it goes straight on your listing page. But the film is not only for a listing page. It is built for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest and your own site, which is where guests find a property before they ever open a booking app. That traffic works whatever you are listed on.
What if my photos are not good enough?
Then we tell you and refund you in full. Run the free photo check first and you will know before you pay anything.
How many photos do I need?
The outside, the living space, the kitchen and each bedroom. Most listings already have that.
Can I use it on my own site and in ads?
Yes. The master is yours, and the music is licensed for it.
Do you need to visit the property?
No. Everything comes from the photos already on your listing.

Terms
What we make
We take the photographs already published on your rental listing and cut them into a short vertical film. We deliver two files: a silent version for your listing page and your own site, and a version with licensed music for social. Every frame is built from your own photographs. We do not add rooms, views or features the property does not have.
Check your photos first, free
Send us your listing link before you buy anything and we will tell you whether your photographs are sharp enough to carry a film and which of them are strongest. There is no charge for this and no obligation to go further.
Price
$350 per property, unless we have agreed something different with you in writing. Payment is taken up front, through Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
The photos you send us
By sending us a listing link you confirm you have the right to let us use those photographs to make your film. If a photographer holds the copyright, that is between you and them, and you should check before you send it. We will stop and delete the work if you tell us the rights are not yours.
What you can do with the film
Once paid, the film is yours to use anywhere you control: your listing, your own site, your social accounts, and paid advertising. The music is licensed for that use as part of the delivered file. That licence covers the film as delivered. It does not let you lift the music out and use it separately.
We post it too
We post finished films to our own Instagram and TikTok with your listing linked. That is part of how we can offer this price. If you would rather we did not, tell us before we start and we will not.
What we do not promise
- We do not promise more bookings, more views, a better search ranking or better reviews. A film can help your listing stand out. It cannot control what guests do.
- We do not control the booking platforms. Their rules on video are theirs, they change, and a platform can reject or remove content for its own reasons.
- We do not invent anything that is not in your photos. If your photos do not show it, the film will not either.
Refunds
You pay before we start. If your photographs cannot carry a film, we tell you and refund you in full, and we will normally know that within [NUMBER] days of you paying. Once both finished files have been delivered the sale is final. If something in the film is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. [REVIEW THIS CLAUSE WITH A LAWYER BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.

Privacy
This site collects nothing
There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts on this site. Nothing you type into the form is sent anywhere by the page itself. The form opens an email in your own mail app with the details filled in. Until you press send there, we have received nothing.
What we hold once you write to us
- Your email address.
- The listing link you send, and the public photographs on that listing.
- Whatever else you choose to write in the message.
That is all. We do not ask for a phone number, a home address or a date of birth, and you should not send them.
What we do with it
We use it to make your film, to send you the preview, and to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
Who else touches it

- Stripe, which takes the payment. Stripe handles the card. We never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
We keep your email thread and your finished film so we can re-send the file if you lose it. Ask us to delete either and we will, within [NUMBER] days.
Your film and your photos
We use your listing photographs only to make your film. We do not use them for anyone else. We post the finished film to our own Instagram and TikTok with your listing linked, unless you tell us not to before we start.
Your rights
Write to hello@vantyxpoint.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. [CONFIRM WHICH APPLY TO YOU.]
Changes
If this changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If we ever start collecting something on the site itself, such as analytics, this page will say so before it happens.
